Service Description

Group Sessions vary in topic and can be held privately for Corporations when requested. Groups have a min of 6 to a max of 10 people per group (some exceptions to maximum) Typically 1 hour x once per week *Corporate: this can be personalized to suit needs (i.e. bi-weekly, once a month, etc...) Calls are held via zoom or in person (if mandates allow) & depending on group type *Rates vary dependant on participants and number of sessions **MINIMUM 4 SESSIONS (Corporate)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 48hrs in advance via email. You will be unable to reschedule otherwise and will be charged for the missed session. I understand that 'life happens' so please contact me if there are extraneous circumstances and we will work on a solution together.
