About the event
This is a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and talk about end of life/death and anything related to it.
Get comfy in a private, quiet space with no distractions. Have your favorite beverage with you (no alcohol please). And, perhaps you would like something to take notes with, if something comes up you would like to jot down to remember later.
Our conversations vary, quite often depending on the group that arrives each session. You are not required to share or talk but you are required to listen...without judgment or advice-unless directly asked.
Typically there is no agenda, however, there may be sessions with themes (i.e. 'green burial'), but that will be noted ahead of time. And, as experience has dictated, even with themes, the space is there to use however it is required and the conversation flows wherever it is needed and that means leaving the theme topics for another day.
I hope you will join me in this space, created to offer the opportunity to 'normalize' what once used to be common in our society and, truly, the only shared result of all our individual journeys. This space offers you the opportunity to get comfortable with death, to gain knowledge as well as understanding, and possibly have support in starting those, often, difficult conversations.
Make sure you register ahead of time for this event so you can receive the zoom link to join our conversation.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
