Personalized coaching sessions. This program is for clients who are aware of their goals/wants and what might distract them from getting there. You need guidance and support to assist in creating a new action plan, while forming new, consistent habits along the way. 24 sessions in total. Sessions are one hour in length, typically held via Zoom, booked in advance (same day and time each week).
